A Gentle Feast

A Gentle Feast is a vibrant curriculum, founded on Charlotte Mason’s philosophy and principles, that brings the family together as much as possible to explore a feast of living ideas, while still providing grade-appropriate material for each age. The focus of each year is on one of four historical eras with a rich offering of living books being the main course. Ambleside Online

AmblesideOnline is a free online curriculum based on the principles of Charlotte Mason education. Their mission is to provide resources and support for homeschool families engaging in this method of education and to make Charlotte Mason education readily accessible to all children. The curriculum is broken up into 13 years, with book lists offered for each year. Some of these books are recommended as core texts, while other titles are simply offered as suggestions for free reading. Yesterday’s Classics publishes many of the AmblesideOnline titles in print and/or ebook form for families who would prefer to have their own high quality versions of the text. Beauty and Truth Math

Beauty & Truth Math exists to equip parents to implement the Charlotte Mason method in their homeschool math lessons. The curriculum consists of scripted teacher lessons, suggested review, and mental math assignments. There are also supplemental activities, teacher training, and supports included. The products are downloadable PDFs for parents to use as a guide in their mathematics journey with their students. The goal is to make math lessons life-giving as students and teachers explore the mountainous land of mathematics. The primary texts used alongside the arithmetic guides are the Strayer-Upton books for Years 2-8. Teaching the Essentials of Arithmetic by Ballard is recommended for teacher's continuing education.

Charlotte Mason’s Alveary is a comprehensive curriculum for children ages 6-18 that is published by the Charlotte Mason Institute (CMI). The mission of the Alveary is to provide a program of study, complete with detailed daily lesson plans, that is rich, robust, faithful to Mason’s original vision for the PNEU, and relevant for 21st-Century North American students. Members also have access to a vast array of teacher training, including webinars, book study groups, and monthly publications. 

Heart of Dakota

Heart of Dakota is a comprehensive curriculum in 12 volumes, inspired by Charlotte Mason, that can be used for ages 5 to 18. Tapestry of Grace

Tapestry of Grace offers a plan of study that helps parents provide a Christian, classical education using a guided unit study approach, with the history of the world as the core organizational theme. From Grades K-12, all students cycle through world history every four years, with all ages studying the same slice of history each week, each at their own learning level. Support is offered in the form of guides, webinars, self-paced online courses, and live monthly meetings, all oriented toward equipping parent-teachers with the "high thinking" that allows "plain living" day to day.
