It is very helpful to us if you can include as much of the following information as possible: the full name under which the order was made, the approximate date of the order, and the email address used to place the order. 

Because Yesterday's Classics is a small, family-owned and operated company, we are not equipped to staff a full-time customer service phone line. We've found that it's typically easiest to resolve issues with past orders via email. However, for customers who are looking for more specific guidance about which books to choose, we are glad to help you select books for your young reader and to explain the differences between our various offerings over the phone!
